Articles of Association

The governing text of the association — the English version, which is the official one. Adopted at the founding assembly in Sofia on 16 August 2025; amended on 13 February 2026 and on 23 September 2026, when Chapter VIII on associated partners entered the instrument.

Official version · The English text is the official version of the Articles of Association. What is printed below is the instrument itself, article by article, from the association’s record.

§ 3. The Rules for Use of the Electronic Platform are adopted by the Management Board within three months of publication of the amended Articles in the Commercial Register. Until that period expires, applications for associated partnership are not approved.
